It was good to hear you over on SKEPTIKO – you made a lot of very valid points. I was intrigued by your idea of a ‘science court’, because in a way that is exactly what the Court of Appeals gave you!

Yes indeed, a court context makes it possible to cross-examine the mainstream assertions.

Now, that was a good interview. Speaking of the science court, you may have heard that in England, a parent went to court over the showing of Al Gore’s movie, ‘An Inconvenient Truth’, at his son’s school. This video had many errors and so the judge ordered that if this film is to be shown, an errata list has to be given to the students. How did this happen? Because witnesses in court cannot lie, and so had to admit where climate science was in error.
And in the previous post, you showed how the OMSJ was triumphant in a military court. So perhaps a science court is redundant.

Individual lawsuits are expensive and not for everyone. A Science Court would deal with matters of general public importance.
