Denialism within the XVIIIth International AIDS Conference
Posted by Henry Bauer on 2010/07/24
Professor Marco Ruggiero has provided this sampling of material from this month’s XVIIIth International AIDS Conference in Vienna that confirms some of the critiques that Rethinkers have been making of mainstream contentions, for example:
♦♦♦ Circumcision does not prevent “HIV”
♦♦♦ The “epidemic” is expected to continue until at least 2031
♦♦♦ Continuing present practices means death
♦♦♦ Doing nothing causes less harm than testing and treating
♦♦♦ Patients who discontinue HAART feel better and do better
♦♦♦ There should be no criminal penalty for transmitting “HIV”
♦♦♦ The “HIV” epidemic in Africa cannot be explained
by multiple concurrent sexual partnerships
All these points are made by mainstream researchers whose contributions to this conference were accepted only after vetting by panels of experts. Here is the material sent by Professor Ruggiero in the form of PowerPoint slides of the actual presentations.

The Obama administration’s white paper on AIDS also recommends the abolition of criminal penalties for transmitting “HIV”.

Hi Dr. Bauer, Are the HIV infection statistics corrected for false positives? Of course that’s a rhetorical question. Admitting error is only done by real scientists. As expected the New York Times didn’t even mention the existence of the XVIIIth conference. Sad.

Perhaps the New York Times didn’t mention the XVIIIth official conference because so much of the material there was either denialist or pornographic
