Geffen is a South African HIV/AIDS vigilante who published a book titled “Debunking Delusions”, which sounds like a general discussion and is thereby somewhat misleading since the book is all about South African HIV/AIDS matters.
Here is a page proof (only slight corrections appear in the printed version) of a detailed review of the book that has just appeared in the Journal of Scientific Exploration, 2012 volume 26 #4.
